Here at bySHAY we are confident you will love your new product but if you should change your mind or wish to return your item, please make sure you submit a return request form below within 14 days of receipt.

 

bySHAY will issue refunds and exchanges as long as the following terms are adhered to: Please ensure your item is in the original packaging, with labels intact. Your product must be unwashed, unused and stain free. We cannot accept returns if the item has been used, unless it is faulty. Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We advise obtaining Proof of posting or provide tracking. 

 

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to receive your items and process your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.
